Welcome to my website! I am an Assistant Professor of Political Science at the University of Miami in Coral Gables, FL. During the 2019-2020 academic year, I am a Stanton Nuclear Security Fellow at the Council on Foreign Relations.

I specialize in international relations, and my research and teaching interests lie at the intersection of international security and international cooperation.
