• This dataset contains records of all overseas U.S. defense-related procurement of goods and services during 2000-2015. Includes data on country of performance, vendor, and purpose of contract. Data are available at the contract and country-year levels.
• The dataset also includes a new coding of U.S. military facilities on the African continent during the 2000-2015 period.
